Outside Sales Representative
As an outside sales representative, you will interface with prospective customers within an assigned geographic area, working closely with the Sales Support Team in the U.S. and Philippines office. Our sales strategy is client-oriented, solution selling, requiring excellent listening and face-to-face selling skills.
Responsibilities
• Qualify and develop prospective clients, effectively following up on sales leads and coordinating with the U.S. & Philippines Sales Support Team
• Stay abreast of the industry trends and related technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to both prospective clients and customers
• Successfully manage and respond to unique client needs & challenges
• Close on new customer sales and work to expand the services offering within new accounts
• Work diligently to achieve target sales as set by management
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a business, marketing, or scientific field
• Experience developing, researching and qualifying a list of prospects
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and diligence in a customer-facing environment
• Experience selling BPO services is a big plus
Product Marketing Specialist
Our marketing team is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist – highly organized, detail oriented, analytical and collaborative. You’ll be a bridge between marketing the services offering and our customers, helping to define new features that address the needs of users. You’ll be responsible for both tactical and strategic decisions and implementation.
Responsibilities
• Positioning & Messaging: Develop and drive the key messages and positioning statements required in the BPO industry. Assist in the formulation of product line strategies
• Marketing Assets & Materials: Work with the sales support team in the Philippines and U.S. offices, developing assets to support marketing goals. Develop effective collateral materials for all services offerings.
• Launch Coordination and Sales Enablement: Point of contact for product and services launches. Train internal team on features / benefits matrix and establish buy-in with the sales team.
• Develop price strategy and work with the product development team to establish new services and features
Qualifications
• 5 years’ experience in services industry product marketing – BPO industry a plus
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Outstanding follow-through, self-starting attitude, time management, and project management skills needed to deliver results
Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Support representative is the key interface between sales and our accounting operations in the Philippines. The Inside Sales Support candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be making numerous calls daily, working with channel partners and customers, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
• Build strong working relationship with outside sales, customer operations, and accounting organizations
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development
• Close sales and achieve quarterly sales objectives
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance – CPA is a big plus
• 5 years’ experience in a corporate inside sales environment
• Experience working with cloud-based and other accounting software platforms
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Positive, willing attitude to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment
